  2. Now, sign in or register a new account.
  3. Choose Your Service: You'll be redirected to our booking page. Here, select your wash service or any other specialty service you need.
  4. Select Your Date & Time: Pick a convenient date and time slot for your laundry to be picked up.
  5. Pros have a 30-minute on-the-road window to pick up or drop off your Laundry after service. 
  6. Confirm Details: Enter your contact information and pickup address. You can also add any special instructions for your Metro Wash Pros here, like (e.g., "leave bag on porch," "hypoallergenic detergent only").
  7. Secure Payment: Complete your booking by providing payment details. Your information is always secured.
  8. Confirmation! You'll receive an email and/or text confirmation from us with all the details of your booking.

That's it! Your Metro Wash Pro will arrive as scheduled to collect your laundry. We'll expertly wash, dry, and fold everything, then deliver it back to you fresh and ready to put away. It's laundry day, made effortless!
